This webinar training will focus on Registered Apprenticeships as a workforce development opportunity that not only helps to fill in-demand job vacancies but also creates meaningful career pathways for individuals and contributes to the prosperity of the local community by building the workforce and strengthening the local economy. This webinar will feature an example of a registered apprenticeship program in Missouri that is building the local energy and weatherization workforce.
