How to Join or Renew Your Membership

To join or renew your membership with NCAP, please login or create an account with Member Portal.
Creating an account is easy. Please refer to this guide for assistance.

NCAP membership dues are non-refundable.

Who Can Join?

Any organization supportive of National Community Action Partnership’s mission to strengthen, promote, represent and serve our network of member agencies to assure that the issues of poverty are effectively presented and addressed is welcome to join NCAP.

However, NCAP’s core members are Community Action Agencies (CAAs). These agencies may be private nonprofits or public organizations, but all receive funding from the Community Services Block Grant. Additionally, all CAAs share the goal of connecting children and families to greater opportunity, transforming their lives and making our communities and our nation stronger.

NCAP Member Portal Tutorial
