The Pathways to Excellence Hall of Excellence recognizes Community Action Agencies that have taken meaningful steps to strengthen how they operate, align their systems, and advance continuous quality improvement.
Each agency featured here has demonstrated progress against the Standards of Excellence and reached an important milestone in its Pathways journey. These achievements reflect focused effort, organizational commitment,
and the work of staff and leadership to put best-in-class practices in place.

Gold Tier Achievers
Gold tier achievers have conducted a full self-assessment and documented their commitment to Excellence by meeting or
exceeding at least 50% of the Standards of Excellence.
