Using “Building Financial Capability: A Planning Guide for Integrated Services” from the Office of Community Services as an interactive roadmap, this webinar will explore the planning process for organizations looking to incorporate financial capability services into existing programs. Presenters will highlight various tools featured in the Planning Guide that agencies can use to gain a deeper understanding of their clients’ financial lives, determine which financial capability services would be most effective, and assess their resource capacity (both in-house and external) for delivering financial capability services.

The webinar also discusses additional tools and resources to support financial capability service integration, and provide opportunity for questions and discussion.
