Attendees of this national webinar learned the dos and don’ts of helping individuals and families recover from the pandemic by providing gift cards. NCAP, NASCSP, and CAPLAW staff offered insights on how the program can be done properly and a local Community Action Agency shared how they have established a successful process for distributing gift cards throughout the pandemic.
