The Center of Excellence Messaging Toolkit includes a customizable presentation template, an accompanying presenter’s guide for additional tips and talking points, and a document to address frequently-asked questions. The toolkit is intended to be used by RPICs and State Associations to communicate the purpose, goals, and process of the project to a broader audience. This may include local Community Action Agency executive directors, staff, board members, and other stakeholders.
