This Organizational Standards Center of Excellence Peer-to-Peer webinar will focus on organizational sustainability through leadership transitions. As generations are moving through the workplace, the potential of executive leadership transitions remains high. Being prepared and handling a transition well can help an organization continue on a positive trajectory.
