Sustaining the Organization through Leadership Transitions

This Organizational Standards Center of Excellence Peer-to-Peer webinar will focus on organizational sustainability through leadership transitions. As generations are moving through the workplace, the potential of executive leadership transitions remains high. Being prepared and handling a transition well can help an organization continue on a positive trajectory. Learn from two organizations in the Community Action network that have experience with successful transitions – a local CAA in North Alabama who recently went through a transition and the Iowa state association who assists local agencies through the process.
