The Organizational Standards Skill Builder is a comprehensive virtual training created for Community Action Agencies that want to strengthen how they approach the CSBG Organizational Standards.
Key Features of the Training:
- Understanding the Organizational Standards: Build a stronger understanding of the Standards, why they matter, and how they connect to your organization’s mission and goals.
- Building Core Practices: Explore practices and strategies that support tracking and documenting that your agency is meeting the Organizational Standards.
- Tools and Resources: Gain access to real-world tools and resources to support your work in implementing and sustaining the Organizational Standards and related core practices.
- Interactive Sessions: Participate in engaging discussions and activities with peers designed to strengthen your understanding and application of the standards.
This virtual event includes two 4-hour sessions held over two days. To get the full benefit of the training, participants should attend both sessions.
