Meeting the CSBG Organizational Standards is more than a requirement — it’s the foundation of organizational effectiveness.
With a focus on governance, financial management, and operations, the CSBG Organizational Standards are designed to ensure Community Action Agencies have the capacity to fulfill their missions. NCAP’s Organizational Standards Skill Builder will focus on the core practices needed to meet and exceed these standards.
The Organizational Standards Skill Builder is a comprehensive training – held over two afternoons – that brings together expert guidance, examples of best practices, and tools and resources to help agencies understand the Standards and strengthen their implementation of the core systems and practices required to meet the standards and move towards organizational excellence.
Who Should Attend:
This Skill Builder is for Community Action Agency staff who lead, coordinate, or manage tracking and reporting on the CSBG Organizational Standards. Participants at all experience levels are welcome, including executive leaders, planning or ROMA staff, program managers, and others involved with the Organizational Standards.
Dates & Times: For the best learning experience, participants should attend both sessions.
Day 1: Tuesday, September 15 from 1 pm – 5 pm ET (12 pm – 4 pm CT | 11 am – 3 pm MT | 10 am – 2 pm PT)
Day 2: Wednesday, September 16 from 1 pm – 5 pm ET (12 pm – 4 pm CT | 11 am – 3 pm MT | 10 am – 2 pm PT)
