The Community Action Network has long acknowledged the importance of addressing needs at both the individual/family level to help improve personal situations and the community level, to combat the causes and conditions of poverty. The new CSBG Annual Report and revised Community NPIs now allows for better tracking of community level work. This raises some questions about how your agency may rethink the approach to the work it will do. So, what does your agency need to know to consider or enhance community level work?
