The National Community Action Partnership and the Office of Community Services recently co-hosted a webinar on the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHWAP provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. During this webinar we shared program updates and discussed promising practices to maximize LIHWAP expenditures and the program’s impact on low-income households. Presenters included federal LIHWAP staff and administrators from local Community Action Agencies (CAAs).
