This video provides an overview of NCAP’s new Collaborative on Economic Mobility (CEM) initiative. In partnership with the Office of Community Services, the purpose of CEM is to highlight promising practices in economic mobility and build the capacity of the CSBG Network. The initiative will focus on the areas of Workforce Development, Education, Asset Building, Whole Family Approaches, Equity, and Innovation.
