Watch for an engaging webinar from Brent Kossick with Service Year Alliance to introduce the Growing the Weatherization Workforce Through Service Year Partnerships Toolkit. Developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Service Year Alliance, this innovative resource is designed to help WAP Grantees and Subgrantees create talent pipelines and enhance their agency’s capacity by leveraging Service Year programming. During the session, presenters provided an in-depth overview of the toolkit’s contents and practical insights and examples of the four distinct ways that WAP agencies can strengthen their workforce through Service Year partnerships.
Presenters also provided a walkthrough of how GreenWorkforceConnect.org can be utilized to help their agency connect to talent pipeline partners within their service area.
