Organizational Standards and Community Action Boards

This document is designed to help agencies understand the of CSBG Organizational Standards in the context of the governing Board. In particular, this document highlights how the implementation of the Organizational Standards will impact the role of the governing Board, and lays out the necessary changes the Boards must make to their typical activities and processes in order to be compliant with the Organizational Standards.

Organizational Standards Self Assessment Tool for Private CEE’s

The following assessment tool is intended for private Community Action Agencies to conduct a self-assessment of their own organization against the COE-developed organizational standards.
