Pathways to Excellence Peer Reviewer Criteria
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Pathways to Excellence Peer Reviewer. Please review the following information.
WHY BECOME A PEER REVIEWER?
Peer Reviewers play an essential role in advancing excellence across the Community Action Network. As a reviewer, you’ll examine peer Community Action Agency’s (CAAs) Pathways to Excellence Self-Studies to assess the degree to which their practices align with the Community Action Standards of Excellence. This experience offers a unique opportunity to see strong practices from across the Network, provide constructive feedback to strengthen agency operations, and deepen your own understanding of what “excellence” looks like in action.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRAINING?
Upon completion of both sessions and all requirements, participants will be eligible to join NCAP’s roster of qualified Pathways Peer Reviewers, contributing their insights and expertise to help strengthen excellence practices across the Community Action Network.
(Note: Current Peer Reviewers and those who completed training in Fall 2024 will receive details from NCAP about confirming their continued participation.)
