Organizational Standards — Documenting Standard 4.3

This form offers a vehicle for Community Action Agencies to document the integration of all of the phases of the ROMA Cycle in their work, in order to demonstrate that they are engaged in a thoughtful assessment, planning, implementation, and analysis process to meet the needs of their community.
