Community Action State Associations operate in a variety of ways – one-person shops, multi-person teams, contracted leadership, and associations serving multiple states. As State Associations proactively consider how to best meet their missions, this session brings together a panel of State Association leaders to share how their models operate, the tradeoffs of each approach, and lessons learned. This webinar combines an overview of current State Association business models with the chance to share innovative ideas and offer key insights for State Associations. (While anyone in the Community Action network is welcome to attend, the primary intended audience for this webinar is leaders, staff, and board members of State Community Action Associations.)
