The New Executive Director Institute – West provides Community Action Agency executive directors and CEOs with expert guidance, insights from experienced peers, and meaningful connections that help build a strong foundation for long-term leadership success.

Who Should Attend

This institute is designed for Community Action Executive Directors and CEOs in their first five years of service. If you are new to the executive role and looking for practical guidance, trusted perspectives, and a network of peers who understand the challenges of leadership, this program is built for you.

What You’ll Explore

Participants will explore key issues facing new Community Action executives, including the current Community Action landscape, leadership responsibilities, financial oversight, leading through change, and fostering long-term sustainability. Sessions and discussions will focus on helping new leaders better understand their role, make informed decisions, and build a strong foundation for future success.
