NCAP’s Scenario Planning Toolkit offers templates and guidance to assess financial, operational, and community impacts, and helps teams develop decision filters to guide responses. This session provides a brief overview of scenario planning, highlights key resources and approaches from the Toolkit, and uses peer discussion to explore how Weatherization program managers can apply scenario planning in their departments and in their organizations.
