This webinar, presented by Chapin Hall, provided an overview of the prevention provisions within the Family First Prevention Services Act, and highlighted the associated opportunities, limitations, flexibilities, and tensions. Community pathways to prevention services outside of the traditional child welfare service delivery context were defined and operationalized. Several examples of how jurisdictions are conceptualizing and implementing community pathways around the country were shared. Opportunities for elevating community leadership in co-design and implementation processes were also elevated.
