Toolkits

Cohort Facilitation

NCAP staff is available facilitate custom learning communities or communities of practice for more intensive learning experiences within a local or state network. These long-term engagements allow for deeper engagement with content, peer learning, network building, and guided practice of new concepts. Duration of cohorts vary.

NCAP staff have deep experience and knowledge working within local CAAs, State Associations, and State Offices. NCAP staff can provide custom consultation to support network agencies as they plan, design, implement, evaluate, and improve strategies.
