NCAP and CAPLAW will host two listening sessions for the Community Action Network on the recently released Head Start Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), Reducing Federal Burden for Head Start Programs. We’ll provide a brief overview of the proposal and hear from Community Action Head Start programs about their initial reactions, questions and concerns, and the potential impacts of the proposed changes on families, programs, and communities. Feedback from these sessions will help inform our comments on the proposed rule and the resources we develop for the Network.
