Utah Community Action did not plan on starting a social enterprise.  They merely wanted to provide decent food to the kids in their Head Start program.  However, in doing so they found themselves with a facility that could be put to other uses and ended up with a social enterprise that generates substantial income for the organization every year.  Learn how they moved into economic development and the benefits to the organization and the community.
