The National Community Action Partnership and the Office of Community Services invite you to join a webinar on the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHWAP provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. During this webinar we will share program updates and discuss promising practices to maximize LIHWAP expenditures and the program’s impact on low-income households. Presenters will include federal LIHWAP staff and administrators from local Community Action Agencies (CAAs). There will be time reserved for questions and answers.
