Community Action Partnership seeks workshop proposals for its upcoming Annual Convention. We welcome proposals from local CAA’s, State and Regional Associations, national partners, and non-profit experts for 90 minute sessions that fit the following categories:
Data Innovation – Workshops that focus on the innovative integration, analysis, and use of data to improve service delivery and results for Community Action customers. Submissions including a customer voice will be prioritized.
Promising Anti-Poverty Practices – Workshops that focus on innovative strategies for addressing homelessness, the opioid crisis, prisoner re-entry, housing and economic development, food insecurity and nutrition-related health problems, and implementing evidence-based programs. Submissions including a customer voice will be prioritized.
Emerging Leaders – With the support of agency leadership, we invite workshops led by Community Action professionals aged 40 and under that fit into the two categories above, Data Innovation and Promising Anti-Poverty Practices.
