SUMMARY:Beyond the Numbers: New Ideas for Measuring the Promise and Impact of Community Action
DESCRIPTION:Community Action Agencies (CAAs) strive to improve not only economic stability but also the emotional and social well-being of individuals and families. How can CAAs measure outcomes like hope\, happiness\, resiliency\, and a sense of belonging\, which reflect the transformative impact of their programs? This webinar will guide CAA professionals in selecting\, designing\, and implementing tools to measure these critical indicators. Attendees will explore evidence-based practices\, survey tools\, and qualitative methods to capture these dimensions and translate them into meaningful data. Through case studies and interactive exercises\, attendees will learn how to integrate these measurements into reporting frameworks\, communicate impact to funders\, and make data-driven adjustments that enhance program outcomes and support community empowerment. Join us to deepen your approach to outcome measurement and foster a more holistic vision of success within your agency. \nClick here to register for the webinar.
