DESCRIPTION:This webinar\, hosted by NCAP and IREC\, will help attendees build their knowledge of Registered Apprenticeship and highlight real-world strategies from weatherization assistance programs. Presenters will share important information on Registered Apprenticeship including required design components\, models and approaches\, and the different roles partners can play. WAP agencies with existing RAPs will share their individual experiences designing and registering apprenticeships. They will share recommendations and best practices with the audience and will provide an overview of their programs and processes they are using to facilitate training.
