SUMMARY:Advanced Sovereignty Training for Community Action
DESCRIPTION:Led by Alliance for a Just Society (AJS) and the Native Organizer’s Alliance (NOA)\, this training will review the key principles of Native Sovereignty as well as a take a deeper look at how Community Action Agencies can be good relatives and establish trusted working relationships with native organizations. This training is open to those actively engaged in work with tribal nations\, as well as those who are new to exploring tribal partnerships. \nRecommended Pre-Requisite for Non-Native CAA’s: If you have not already done so\, we strongly encourage you to watch the previously recorded Introduction to Native Sovereignty Training (https://communityactionpartnership.com/webinar/sovereignty-training-for-non-native-caas/) prior to attending this advanced training. \nClick here to register for the webinar.
