DESCRIPTION:The National Community Action Partnership and the Office of Community Services invite you to join a webinar on the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHWAP provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. During this webinar we will share program updates and discuss promising practices to maximize LIHWAP expenditures and the program’s impact on low-income households.
