DESCRIPTION:TIME: 2 PM ET | 1 PM CT | 12 PM MT | 11 AM PT \nStaff from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) will present highlights from the recent Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Continuous Improvement Workshop on Workforce Development: Recruitment and Retention. Allison Moe\, Juliana Williams and Cory Chovanec will provide an overview of the Continuous Improvement process\, offer resources\, and highlight case studies of innovative workforce development approaches from weatherization staff across the county. This session is intended to help the broader WAP network access the practices and ideas shared by presenters and participants during the recent workshop.
