DESCRIPTION:In this interactive workshop\, participants will learn about trauma and its impact on individuals\, communities and organizations\, focusing on how that impact has been amplified during this time of global pandemic. The webinar will cover foundational concepts of trauma-informed organizational approaches and provide opportunities for attendees to connect with colleagues from peer organizations to share experiences\, innovations\, and strategies for future work. Participants envisioning a return to a new work environment will leave with a framework on how to integrate a trauma-informed organizational approach; one that is responsive to the trauma experienced by clients and staff over the last year and in the months to come.
