SUMMARY:Building WFA Readiness Using a Pilot Project: Head Start Platform-Based
DESCRIPTION:NCAP’s eleven years of experience have identified three WFA readiness areas: commitment\, culture\, and capacity. In this first webinar of the series\, hear directly how CAAs have strengthened their readiness to shift agency practices to improve services and results for children and their parents. These CAAs are testing new WFA approaches drawing from the agencies’ Head Start programs. They will share real-world examples and lessons learned lessons from four different pilots designed to integrate early childhood and adult services in ways that accelerate results for children and their parents beyond what any one program can achieve. Attendees will gain insight into what early-stage WFA work can look like in action inside a CAA that is a Head Start grantee. \nClick here to register for the webinar.
