In most communities\, these funds had to be spent by September 30\, 2022 – but for Small States\, a portion of their allocation remains available to spend through September 30\, 2023. With the lingering impacts of the pandemic still very present\, it is critical that Small States in the Community Action Network leverage this unique opportunity to use any remaining CARES Act Supplemental funds as effectively as possible.
