This session examines how agencies can design consistent client engagement practices across intake\, scheduling\, education\, and post-service follow-up. \nSession 2: Documentation System Wednesday\, Aug 12\, 2026 Documentation is more than compliance—it is the backbone of program continuity\, accountability\, and quality assurance. This session focuses on building documentation systems that support accurate reporting\, clear decision-making\, and smooth coordination between field and administrative staff. \nSession 3: Workflow Optimization System Thursday\, Aug 20\, 2026 Workflow design directly impacts production\, staff workload\, and client timelines.
