SUMMARY:Developing Leaders through Community Engagement
DESCRIPTION:This Organizational Standards Center of Excellence Peer-to-Peer webinar will focus on how Community Action Agencies can utilize community leadership academies to directly engage the low-income community and empower customers to address the roots of poverty in their neighborhood. Two agencies will share their experiences developing and facilitating leadership academies\, and the results they have seen at the individual\, agency\, and community level.
