DESCRIPTION:Serving as a Pathways to Excellence Peer Reviewer is a great opportunity to support excellence\, foster growth\, and strengthen the Community Action Network. \nJoin us for the 2025 Pathways to Excellence Peer Reviewer Training—a two-part virtual training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to serve as a Pathways Peer Reviewer\, a vital role in helping Community Action Agencies advance their excellence practices. \nDATES: Wednesday\, December 10 and Wednesday\, December 17 \nTIME: 1 PM – 5 PM ET / 12 PM – 4 PM CT / 11 AM – 3 PM MT / 10 AM – 2 PM PT \nTRAINING TOPICS INCLUDE: \n\nCore concepts of organizational excellence and the Standards of Excellence\nHow to interpret and apply the Standards to agency practices\nStrategies for assessing alignment and identifying evidence of excellence\nTechniques for writing clear\, actionable\, and supportive feedback\n\nWHO SHOULD ATTEND: \nWe invite all Community Action Network members to attend! However\, only those who meet eligibility criteria may serve as Peer Reviewers. \nParticipants must attend both sessions and meet other criteria to be eligible to serve as a Peer Reviewer for the Pathways to Excellence program.
