SUMMARY:Your Way to WAPPro: Inside the Experience and How to Apply
DESCRIPTION:The Weatherization Professional Leadership Development Institute (WAPPro) was developed to strengthen leadership across the Weatherization network through shared learning\, practical problem-solving\, and peer connection. Recognizing that strong programs rely on strong leaders\, the cohort provides a structured space for Weatherization professionals to expand leadership skills\, exchange strategies\, and build lasting connections. The cohort is supported by NCAP’s consultants and partners\, Optimum Performance Solutions (OPS) with additional subject matter experts joining to support where needed in focus areas. This informational webinar offers an opportunity to understand the program’s structure and expectations while helping prospective applicants determine readiness and prepare for the application process. WAPPro 3.0 will consist of six two-hour virtual sessions from June to November 2026.
