DESCRIPTION:Join Community Action National Partners for a discussion of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) recent notice\, which rescinds long-standing guidance interpreting the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA).
