SUMMARY:IACAA Staffing Pilot Webinar
DESCRIPTION:The Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program Weatherization Supplemental Staffing Initiative provides utility funds to support recruitment and training for new Weatherization staff. Implemented by Waker-Miller Energy Services\, in partnership with the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies (IACAA) and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO)\, the three-phase pilot provided additional assessment and inspection capacity\, dedicated program staff\, and development of a permanent staffing pipeline.
