DESCRIPTION:TIME: 2 PM ET | 1 PM CT | 12 PM MT | 11 AM PT \nThe U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Community Solar Partnership (NCSP) is partnering with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to increase access to community solar subscriptions for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) recipients.
