Take a look at the strategies, concepts, speakers, and presenters highlighted during the event, and check back for updated information on future events.   Digital TV Transition The Community Action Partnership is one of several national organizations collaborating with the US Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications & Information Administration to increase public awareness among low-income families of the transition to digital television February 17, 2009.
